Screening questionnaire
We’d love to get to know you! Fill out our screening questionnaire and help us match you to your perfect job… Once you’ve applied you will be directed to the second step in the application process, the screening questionnaire. Fill out our online questionnaire to let us know more about your background, skills and experience, as well as your goals for the future. The questionnaire helps us find the right people for the right jobs, unlocking hidden potential and making sure we have all the information we need to move your application forwards.
Practical skills test
It’s your chance to really shine with the practical skills test – so show us what you’ve got! For some roles the practical skills test gives us an opportunity to see what you are capable of. We’ll gather more information about your career so far and give you a chance to complete some sample tasks that will give us an idea of your skills and attitudes. We want to know what you can do already, but we also want to know what you’re capable of. So-called ‘soft skills’, such as problem-solving, handling pressure, teamwork, planning and innovation are at the core of any successful company, so these are crucial skills for all CryptoPlan employees.

Meeting you at interview online or offline gives us a chance to form a picture of who you are as a person and potential employee, and gives you an opportunity to meet us too. You’ll learn more about life at CryptoPlan, get more details on the role you’ve applied for, and ask any questions you have. We’ll also discuss your application, screening questionnaire and practical skills test. The in-person interview helps everyone get a sense of whether the role would be a good fit for you. Results
Finally, we’ll consider all this information and get in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. Once we have met all the potential applicants, the team will select the winning applicant. Taking into account your screening questionnaire and practical skills test, as well as your performance at the in-person interview, we will discuss whether you would be a good fit for our team and whether this is the right appointment for you. We aim to let all applicants know the results within three days. We may also ask to keep your details on file if we were impressed with you at interview but feel this isn't the right role for you.
